The versatile wash helper

Preventing swirl scratches is one of the biggest challenges with today's delicate clearcoat finishes. The Grit Guard®, in combination with the matching Meguiar's wash bucket, helps to prevent swirl scratches from forming in the first place when washing a vehicle. Each time you pick up wash lotion, wipe your wash mitt on the Grit Guard® bucket insert. This removes the dirt particles from the wash mitt and they sink to the bottom of the bucket. The specially shaped lamellae of the Grit Guard® prevent the dirt particles from swirling up and being picked up again. With the new generous capacity of 18.9 litres, an acceptable dirt/water ratio can now be maintained for even longer.
